I have qualified expertise in public and private sector health plans and programs. I have also been actively engaged in the evaluation of provider health system value initiatives and contracts. In addition my expertise includes health and welfare programs for active and retired employees of large employers. Finally the core focus of my new company, LeanAnalytics.com, LLC, is a three part triangle integrally connected: Actuarial expertise - With over 25 years doing healthcare cost and quality analysis based upon well defined measurement and benchmarking standards. Excellent data and tools - Through the Lean Analytics Core Dashboard, delivering well designed structures and processes; leading to improved analytic organizational performance. Competent business intelligence - Through consulting and mentorship raising analytic competence; ensuring that analysts deliver clear and compelling analysis. In support of these core elements, I have developed a comprehensive methodology - Assessment, Design, Implementation and Sustain. The first stage is underpinned by a Lean Analytics Maturity Profile (LAMP) which identifies gaps and a development roadmap to achieve the optimal analytic organization.
